Former Mayor Humpy Monday passes

HAMLIN - Former Hamlin Mayor C.E. Humpy Monday has passed away. Mayor Chris Wilkinson has ordered flags in the municipality to be lowered until after the funeral services for the former mayor who served multiple terms.

 

Funeral arrangements for Mr. Monday will be as follows:

Visitation from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Handley's Funeral Home, Hamlin, Wednesday evening, March 27, 2013. Funeral Service: 11 a.m., Thursday, March 28.
